Procurement Policies and Regulations:

All suppliers/contractors interested in conducting business with the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) are now required to complete registration on our online doing business platform.

It is imperative to note that in accordance with the full Proclamation of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, effective as of April 26, 2023, all suppliers/contractors intending to provide goods, works, or services to public bodies must register with the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR).

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, even if suppliers/contractors are registered with the OPR, they must still complete registration on the THA’s doing business portal to be eligible to participate in any tender opportunities with the THA.
